All these three are specialised Master’s degree in Journalism, namely MA in Journalism and Electronic Media, MA in Development Journalism as well as MA in Journalism and Digital Media. Importantly, these courses are along with PG Diploma in Advertising and Integrated Communication.

Here is big news for the students associated with the IGNOU Regional Centre, Chennai. The centre has dispatched study materials to its learners of July, 2022. If you are a student of Chennai Regional Centre, and you had taken fresh admission or had re-registered for the July, 2022 session, you will be pleased to know that the study centre has dispatched your study material to your address and the list has also been issued. About the IGNOU Regional Centre, Chennai

IGNOU Regional Centre, Chennai  is regarded as one of the largest Regional Centres in the country. It was established in the year 1988. The very motive behind the inception of this regional centre was to cater to the educational needs and requirements of the people of the state of Tamil Nadu, Union of Pondichery and Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Importantly, this Regional Centre started around Five Learner Support Centres and today there are more than 100 LSCs supporting around 20,000 students. Importantly, the cumulative enrollment of the region today is 1.5 lakh.

As you already know you have to register yourself for Convocation, if you want your original degree. The notification for the 36^th Convocation has been issued by Indira Gandhi National Open University. If you are eligible for the Notification, please do register yourself for the Convocation. Your degree will be complete only after you register yourself for the Convocation. You need to pay the fee in order to complete your registration.

Important Information Regarding the Convocation

• The 36^th Convocation of IGNOU is going to be held in the next one or two month/s.
• All those students who have completed their programs of study in December, 2021 and June, 2022 Term End Examinations, are eligible for the award of original certificate at this Convocation.
• The students must attend the Convocation and collect the certificate at their Regional Centre, no matter whether they belong to and not, at any other Regional Centre.
• The students must fill their present address where they want to receive their Degree/Diploma or Certificate.
• The students may “attend the Convocation either in Person or receive their Degree/Diploma by Post.”

• If the Convocation is not held at the Regional Centre where the students belong to, due to some unavoidable reason, in that situation, the students will have to attend the Convocation at a nearby Regional Centre, which may be mostly in the same state or a nearby state. If the students fail to attend the Convocation, their Degree/Diploma will be sent to their address through post. However, the intimation will be issued later on.
• If the students do not get the invitation to attend the Convocation(though normally students do get the invitation), or if they fail to attend the Convocation even after the submission of fee, they will receive their Degree/Diploma through post sent by their concerned Regional Centre after the Convocation. However, in case of P.G. Certificate/Certificate Programs, it will be sent by Headquarters. So, such students need to contact their concerned Regional Centre, where they belong to/Headquarters.

Important Information Regarding Registration

• The eligible students need to register themselves for receiving their Degree/Diploma/Certificate and pay the fee only through online mode.
• The amount of the fee is as under:
• D/M.Phil/Master’s Degree/Bachelor Degree/PG Diploma/Diploma Programmes= Rs. 600
• PG Certificate/Certificate Programmes=Rs. 200

The requisite fee can be paid online through the following modes:

• Debit/ Credit Card (Master/Visa/Rupay) of any bank.
• Net Banking

There is big news for all those students of IGNOU who had appeared for the IGNOU December 2022 Term End Examination(TEE). The result of IGNOU TEE has come out. In order to know your result, you just need to enter your enrollment number and click on the submit button.

It is important to mention here that this time IGNOU has declared results of a number of courses. However, there are still some courses, the result of which has not been updated yet. If you find any problem, regarding getting your result, such as enrollment number not found or result yet to be declared, you need not lose your heart. IGNOU is updating the result on day-to-day basis and hence if you could not find your result today, that does not mean that there is any issue with your result. Just keep on checking your result on a day-to-day basis.

There is big news for IGNOU Term End Examination students. As the last date to apply online ended on 25^th November, 2022 with late fine of Rs. 1100  along with the registration fee of 200, the university today released the TEE Hall Ticket. IGNOU has uploaded IGNOU TEE Admit Card 2022 to the eligible students on its official website, i.e. www.ignou.ac.in. In this way, the university has uploaded the hall ticket for TEE days before the start of the term-end examination. IGNOU has issued TEE Hall Ticket 2022.

The examination will start from 2^nd December, 2022 and continue till 9^th January, 2023. The Term End exam will be conducted in 2 phases—10 am to 1 pm(first sitting) and 2 pm to 5 pm(second sitting).

Candidates can download the admit card from the website of IGNOU as the IGNOU has released the hall ticket of Term-End Examination (TEE) for the December 2022 session. Candidates who have registered for the exam can check and download the IGNOU December Term End Examination 2022 hall ticket from the official website at ignou.ac.in.

How to Download IGNOU TEE Hall Ticket 2022

IGNOU has released the hall ticket for December Term End Examination(TEE), 2022 which is going to start from December 2. The students will need to report as per their timing and examination centre mentioned on the admit card. Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has recently introduced a new course called Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication, in two Indian languages. Interested students can visit the official IGNOU website ignou.ac.in.

Details about the program will soon be made available on the official website. While the MAJMC program is already being offered in the English language — in both online, and open and Distance Learning modes — it will now be offered in Hindi and Tamil.

According to the sources, the details of this course will be made available on the official website of IGNOU soon. It is important to mention here that the MAJMC course is already available for the students to pursue in the English language, both online as well as in Distance Learning modes. But, the good thing is that it will now be available in Hindi and Tamil language. Therefore, the students of both these languages can now pursue this course in their mother language.

The School of Journalism and New Media Studies, or SOJNMS has launched this program for integrating recommendations of the National Education Policy, or NEP, 2020. The purpose of introducing this course is to facilitate the teaching-learning process in several Indian languages.

The educationists hope that soon this course will be replicated across disciplines in other Indian Languages by the University.

IGNOU TEE Admit Card 2022: Indira Gandhi Open University (IGNOU) has released the final exam date sheet for the June 2022 Term End Examination (TEE Exam 2022). IGNOU June TEE 2022 exam will run from July 22 to September 5. After the release of IGNOU TEE Admit Card 2022, students can download it by visiting the official website of IGNOU at ignou.ac.in. Since the release of the date sheet for TEE Exam 2022 of IGNOU, students expect that IGNOU TEE Admit Card 2022 will also be issued soon. The admit card for the TEE exam will be released on the website of IGNOU. Students willing to appear for the June TEE 2022 exam of IGNOU will be able to download the IGNOU TEE Admit Card 2022 from the official website.
Let us tell you that IGNOU June TEE 2022 exam is being conducted in two shifts. One paper will be in the morning shift and the other paper will be in the evening shift. Indore: Indira Gandhi National Open University, and New Delhi Learning Centers are being run at Indore and Mhow for various job-oriented courses of IGNOU. Through these, any student can get admission to the course of their choice on the basis of merit. Simultaneously, students and other people who want to do employment-related courses sitting at home can also complete their studies through IGNOU. IGNOU courses are also being conducted in Bherulal Patidar Government Post Graduate College, Mhow.
It should be known that for admission, the student should have a photocopy of his 10th, and 12th mark sheet and caste certificate, a photocopy of his Aadhar card, and three passport size photographs, Major doctor Sanjay Sohni co-ordinator IGNOU, Hemant Jadam office superintendent, Rajendra Barchha in the college. It is to be known that the principal of the college told that various degrees, diplomas,s and certificate courses of IGNOU are conducted for the students and common citizens who want to take admitted to IGNOU course. Students belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes are being given the facility to do these courses free of cost. College students can do IGNOU’s employment-oriented courses along with their regular courses. Students willing to do the course can get the application form of IGNOU from the college by paying Rs 300 offline only as an enrollment fee.
It should be known that the Study Material will be made available to the students taking admission in the said course at the address given by them in the form. After receiving the offline application form from the college, after completing all the application forms, along with the necessary records, it is to be submitted by 30 July 2022 at the Learning Study Center of Bherulal Patidar Government Post Graduate College, Mhow.
