How to Get a Migration Certificate from IGNOU?

IGNOU migration certificate is issued by IGNOU University when they want to discontinue from the current institution where they are studying and want to get admission to another university to further their studies. Fee and method

Lost/misplaced IGNOU Migration Certificate
If the candidate has lost or missed the IGNOU migration certificate, it can be re-issued with the payment of Rs.500 on submission of an affidavit drawn upon a non-judicial stamp paper, which is worth Rs.10/- is sworn in before the magistrate.
