MBA in Hindi and Regional Languages: The MBA syllabus will be translated into 12 Indian languages - Hindi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Urdu and Assamese.
IGNOU has signed an MoU with AICTE to enable its students to do their "MBA" in Hindi and other regional languages. According to the IGNOU sources, this step has been taken in line with IGNOU's goal of providing higher education in regional languages.
IGNOU's MBA courses will be translated into 12 Indian languages — Hindi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Urdu and Assamese.

Chairman, AICTE, Prof. T.G. Seetaram said, "AICTE" will work with IGNOU to ensure that textbooks being prepared for MBA education in various Indian languages include defined management terms.
