IGNOU PGDHRM UAE OVERVIEW
HRM OR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT is a post-graduate degree conferred to students. Like any other college course, PGDHRM is also a one-year course.
With the academic session of July 2022, the IGNOU has adopted the Choice Based Credit System presented by the University Grants Commission. The Choice-based Credit System, which is on offer at the Post Graduation level, gives adaptability to the students to study the subjects/courses of their needs and interests.

1.Graduation in any discipline with 50 % marks for the general category and 45 % for a reserved category with 3 years (post qualification) managerial/supervisory/professional experience. OR
Professional Degree with 50% marks in:2. Engineering/ Medicine/ Chartered Accountancy (ICAI)/ Cost and Works Accountancy(ICWAI)/ Chartered Secretary-ship (ICSI), and Law.
