Once your project proposal/ synopsis is approved, you can start writing the project report. Your project report should be divided into various chapters for smooth navigation. Ideally, it should have 4-5 chapters consisting of an introduction, literature review, research methodology, findings and recommendations, and summary/conclusion. Your dissertation should be typed in English, in Times New Roman, with 12pt font size, and on A4 paper. Also, cite the references in APA format. 

The following structure is recommended for the dissertation/project report in the project manual, refer to it for a better understanding:

1. Cover Page: Design a cover page with the project title, your name, roll number, institution name and guide details.
2. Title of the Project Work: Clearly state the title of your project.
3. Table of Contents: List all sections and corresponding page numbers in your report.
4. List of Tables and Photographs: Include an index of all tables and photos you’ve used.
5. Acknowledgement: Thank those who have supported you during the project.
6. Certificate of Originality: Confirm the originality of your project work.
7. Introduction: An overview of your project’s purpose and significance.
8. Review of Literature: Summarize the existing research relevant to your project.
9. Research Methodology: Explain the methods you’ve used to conduct your research.
10. Data Presentation & Interpretation: Present and analyze the data you’ve gathered.
11. Discussion: Interpret your results and discuss their implications.
12. Conclusion: Summarize the key findings and their impact.
13. References: List all the sources you’ve cited in your report.

You have to organize your project/dissertation in this format. When everything looks fine you can submit it. Make two copies of the dissertation/project and submit one to the university. While submitting make sure it is properly bound and contains all the required information and documents including the Approved proforma for the research proposal from a mentor.
