IGNOU MDEP-520 Project – Problems and Prospects of E-Learning at Higher Education Level with Reference to IGNOU

India is a fast developing country with large population and providing education to such a large population is itself a challenge. In spite of all the constraints, it is now a well-established fact that India has a large pool of technical manpower, a fair proportion of which finds employment in developed countries, especially in the west. The country has recently witnessed a big boom in the IT sector especially in BPO/KPO sector.
