IGNOU MDEP-520 Project – Problems and Prospects of E-Learning: Study on Distance Learners of Ignou

India is a fast developing country with large population and providing education to such a large population is itself a challenge. In spite of all the constraints, it is now a well-established fact that India has a large pool of technical manpower, a fair proportion of which finds employment in developed countries, especially in the west. The country has recently witnessed a big boom in the IT sector especially in BPO/KPO sector.

Objectives

• The key objectives of this study will be following points:
• To explore the problems relating to e- Learning faced by distance learners
• To identify the prospectus relating to e-Learning faced by distance learners
• To assess the technology acceptance from the perspective of e-Learning by distance learners
• To explore the critical success factors for e-Learning in distance education.
