IGNOU MS-100 (FM) Project – Financial Performance of the BSNL

The checking of financial performance in a business deserves much attention in carrying out finance function. It requires retrospective analysis of operating period for the purpose of evaluating the wisdom and efficiency of financial planning. Analysis of what has happened should be great value in improving the standards, techniques, procedures and functions.

Objectives

• Following objectives are formulated for the proposed study:
• To know about financial performance of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL),during the study period;
• To comparative analysis of the balance sheets of 2015-16 and 2020-21.
• To know the liquidity position of the Company in order to highlight ability of the company to meet its obligations;
• To find out profitability position of the Company;
• To find out debt servicing capacity of the company.
