The relations are the outcome of their actions and depend to a great extent upon their ability to manage our actions. From childhood each and every individual acquires knowledge and experience on understanding others and how to behave in each and every situation in life.

Objectives

• The present study is undertaken with the following objectives:

• To study the employees’ satisfaction with human resource management
