तथापि इन चारों अभ्यासों को करना आपके लिए उपयोगी होगा। इसके पश्चात् आपको जो अभ्यास सबसे अच्छा लगे, उसे इस सत्रीय कार्य के उत्तरों के साथ संलग्न कर, मूल्यांकन के लिए परामर्शदाता को भेजें।
