1. हमारे देश में व्यक्तियों को प्रभावित करने वाले किन्हीं पाँच गैर-संचारी रोगों की पहचान कीजिए। इन बीमारियों में से किसी एक के कारणों, लक्षणों, रोकथाम और उपचार के बारे में समुदाय को शिक्षित करने के लिए एक सूचना आधरित सचित्र पैम्फलेट तैयार करें। (DNHE-2 भाग 2, प्रायोगात्मक कार्यो की नियमावली भाग 6 को देखें)

2. व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता को बढावा देने के लिए पांच संदेश लिखें। यह भी बताएं कि व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है (DNHE-2 भाग 1, इकाई 6 देखें )
