2.1 पुस्तकालयों में छंटनी नीति की आवश्यकता क्यों होती है? जीर्ण-शीर्ण प्रलेखों की छंटनी से सम्बन्धित कुछ बाधाओं की विवेचना कीजिए ।

1.2 विश्वविद्यालय पुस्तकालय प्रणाली द्वारा प्रदत्त सेवाओं को सशुल्क बनाने के औचित्य को सिद्ध करने वाली परिस्थितियों का वर्णन कीजिए।
