What Is IGRAM IGNOU?

There is an established grievance handling procedure at IGNOU called IGRAM (IGNOU Grievance Redress and Management). It addresses the various information needs of students, ranging from general information to grievances related to specific programs.

Among the other functions of the Student Registration Division is to promptly resolve grievances received through IGRAM IGNOU.

How to Post a Complaint at IGRAM IGNOU Online?

  • Step 1: Go to the IGRAM IGNOU website page at https://igram.ignou.ac.in/.
  • Step 2: In the Grievances Category, select your query from the dropdown menu.
  • Step 3: Choose your "Subject."
  • Step 4: Click on the Next button.
  • Step 5: Enter your basic details correctly.
  • Step 6: Write your query.
  • Step 7: Then, you can upload documents if required.
  • Step 8: Finally, click the Submit button.

How to Keep Track of the IGNOU Grievance Status?

When you submit a complaint, you get a unique Token Number on the website and in the inbox of your registered email address. Use this number to track your IGNOU grievance response status.

Listed below are the steps to check your grievance response status online:

  • Step 1: Visit: https://igram.ignou.ac.in/
  • Step 2: Click on the 'Track Grievance Response Status' tab.
  • Step 3: Enter the GST Token Number in the box provided.
  • Step 4: After entering the GST Token Number, click on the Get Status button.

This will promptly take you to the page displaying your grievance response status.

Admission Status

To find out your Admission Status, you can select Fresh Admission, Re-Admission, Re-Registration or Online Admission from the dropdown menu of the Grievance Category Box and then click the Subject Box below to select your query.

Study Material

Select Study Material from the Grievance Category to enquire about the status of your study material. In the Subject Box, choose an appropriate option:

    • Not Received
    • Incomplete Set
    • Wrong Medium
    • Wrong Medium Received
    • E - Study Material Link.

Assignment Status

IGNOU assignments are crucial, so you must follow up if you do not receive feedback or encounter any problems. Hence, when your assignment marks aren't updated correctly, you contact IGRAM IGNOU and register the issue. Be sure to include the assignment acknowledgement slip with the complaint as well. Also, you can post a complaint to get information about the re-evaluation.
