Your admission status will be displayed there. And you can also track your admission process. If your admission is confirmed, your ID card download option will be shown there. You can download and print the ID card.

If you search your admission status by entering your name, you will not get the result. Only when you enter the credentials and look for the status of admission, you will get the confirmation.
If your admission is confirmed, first check whether your details are given correctly. On the off chance if you find any mistake, contact your regional centre and report it immediately.
There are several reasons why your IGNOU admission is not confirmed; some of them might be as follows:
Invalid documents: If you have not scanned the original documents and submitted them, then chances are there for rejection. So, always attach the valid and required documents for admission.
Invalid board: You must have passed out your schooling from a recognized board. IGNOU also updates the recognized boards in India. Check it with yours.
If you are planning to pursue graduation in IGNOU and don't have any valid board certificate, then you can get into the BPP course(Bachelor Preparatory program).
So, after you get through the BPP course, you are eligible to pursue BA/B.com. at IGNOU.
Students from CBSE/NIOS/ISC board after just completing four subjects apply for IGNOU and get rejected, i.e. IGNOU admission form gets canceled. This is because students must have completed a minimum of 5 subjects to apply for IGNOU.
If you aspire to get into IGNOU, but you come from these boards, then the only way is to go with the BPP course.
Other problems include
Minimum Qualification: Most of the students don't go through the prospectus before applying for the course.
Underage problem: Due to lack of awareness, some students with age below 18 apply, and it is one of the reasons for cancellation.
Well, if you have not got admission at IGNOU due to several reasons mentioned above, then don't worry. You can apply for your aspired course at IGNOU again.
It is easy-peasy to apply for IGNOU re-admission. All that you need to do is fill in the offline form and send it to the headquarters at Delhi along with the demand draft.
The re-admission fee is Rs.850.
After applying for IGNOU admission if you want to cancel it, you need to contact your regional centre and inform them, and they will guide you on how to do it.
You will be deducted Rs.200 from the application fee, and the rest will be refunded.
Note: You can't make the online cancellation. Also, if your admission gets confirmed, you can't get a refund.
